How to Import Devices into NetReach Cloud

This guide explains how to quickly import multiple WTI devices into NetReach Cloud using the Import IP File method and a CSV file.

Tip: Bulk imports help accelerate large deployments and reduce manual device onboarding time.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure all devices are reachable over the network
  • Prepare a CSV file containing device IP addresses
  • Verify device login credentials
  • Confirm the correct Device Group is available in NetReach Cloud

The CSV file must contain a column labeled IP Address.

Import Steps

1. Prepare the CSV File

Create a CSV file containing all device IP addresses. Ensure the spreadsheet includes a column named IP Address.

2. Open the Admin Center

Log into NetReach Cloud, navigate to the Admin Center, and select Add Units.

3. Select the Device Group

Choose the Device Group where the imported devices should be added.

4. Enter Device Credentials

Enter the username and password used for the local account on the WTI devices.

In the Search Method dropdown, select Import IP File.

5. Upload the CSV File

Upload the CSV file you created earlier and begin the import process.

NetReach Cloud will automatically add the listed devices into the selected Device Group.
