WTI Response to COVID-19 Pandemic

At WTI, the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners are top priorities. To keep our employees healthy and safe while providing customers with the highest quality products and support we’ll be making the following adjustments temporarily from Wednesday March 18, 2020 through Friday April 24, 2020.

 

Orders & Shipments

WTI will be limiting physical entry to our production facility in Irvine, California as required by state and local authorities. Beginning 3/18/2020 and ending 4/24/2020 all outbound shipments and support requests will be limited to mission-critical services only. Orders may only be placed online and will be given priority based on customer requests and product availability, regardless of the shipping method selected. Supply Chain

WTI has always taken a proactive and conservative approach when sourcing raw materials. We are seeing minimal disruption with our component supply chain and confident our production and support capacity will remain strong. We will continue to monitor our supply chain logistics and keep our customers informed.
