Warranty Policy

WTI's products come with a 5 year warranty!Western Telematic products are warranted free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (5) years upon receipt of goods. WTI's sole obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing, repairing, or correcting such defects upon return to WTI. Equipment under warranty will normally be repaired at no charge to the customer. If the equipment is out of warranty, or if WTI determines the equipment has been damaged due to mishandling or improper use, the appropriate charges will be made. Buyer shall prepay transportation charges to WTI. Items from overseas, customer is responsible for all duty, taxes and custom fees. WTI will return items under warranty prepaid, domestic or overseas.

Before returning materials to WTI, the customer must first request a return authorization
number. The RA number must be affixed to all materials returned and the shipping
container. An RA number will be assigned after submitting a Return Authorization Request form.
