Don't get stuck with the wrong box!

It doesn’t matter. If you changed your mind, or if you ordered the wrong WTI product, or if the WTI product just didn’t fit your application … it’s OK, we’ll take it back or exchange it for a more appropriate WTI product, providing that the following conditions are met:

• Products must be returned within 30 days after your factory direct purchase.
• Products must be returned in saleable condition, with no mechanical or cosmetic damage.
• Products must be returned in original factory packaging or repackaged in a manner that will prevent damage during shipment.
• Any cables, adapters or accessories that were included with the product must also be returned.
