1. What is an RA# and how do I get one?
RA means Return Authorization, which can be obtained from Technical Support either by calling direct (1-800-280-7227) or submitting a Return Authorization Request Form.

2. What is the cost of the repair?
Labor is $155.00 per hour, plus parts and shipping.

3. Do you have "fixed" rates?
No, not at this time.

4. What is the turn-a-round time?
7-10 working days, depending on extent of damage and volume of repairs.

5. Can you call me with an estimate/charges?
Yes, estimates can be given, but are subject to change depending on extent of repair(s) necessary. Final charges at the end of repair can also be given upon request.

6. Can you call me with tracking information?
Yes, tracking information is available on the following business day.

7. What is the status of my repair?
To obtain status on any given repair, please have the pertinent RA# available and contact Technical Support either by telephone (1-800-280-7227) or email.

8. Can you tell me if my unit is still under warranty?
Yes, a serial number will be necessary to check warranty of any given unit.

9. Do you have a warranty period?
WTI offers a 5 year warranty, commencing on the date shipped from WTI's factory.

10. Can I get a .pdf manual?
For a PDF file, please refer to the User's Guide section.

11. Can I get a rental?
Temporary loaners can be provided while your product is being repaired. A one time fee of $65.00, plus shipping charges will apply. Loaner equipment is to be returned to WTI within (10) days of receipt of repaired unit.

12. Can you give me an RA# for Sales/Credit return?
To obtain a RA# for a credit or sales return, please contact your product Sales Representative at WTI.
