Single & 3 Phase 20Amp & 30Amp Power Distribution

Switched PDU
WTI rack mount switched PDUs enable complete control over current, power and energy usage within your data center and across the network. As the first and only rack mount switched PDUs to meter, report and control total current, power and energy consumption, our switched PDUs are the perfect solution for data centers striving for LEED certification or reducing energy costs. WTI rack mount switched PDUs can meter and report kWh, kW, A, V, Temperature and schedule equipment shutdowns based on user defined threshold alarms or when devices need a simple power reboot. Energy, power and current data from IT equipment is measured on each circuit within your data center or network and used for billing, heat calculation and load distribution. WTI rack mount switched PDUs can be used with their standalone IP web browser interface or any MIB based SNMP enterprise management software. Metered PDU
Critical power data from WTI metered PDUs is accessible via RS232, allowing for real-time data polling and collection across your entire network or within your data center. Network-grade PDUs with the ability to meter the current load of network equipment reduces downtime and provides essential data used for cooling and power requirements. WTI metered PDUs utilize True RMS current metering to determine the total current load within each rack and on each branch circuit. Knowing the total amperage draw from each branch circuit in the data center can prevent overloading and tripping circuit breakers. Each PDU with metering capabilities can locally display via LED the current load in Amps on each circuit and as a total draw on the power whip. An over-current load alarm can also sound when current load capacity has reached 80%. This helps to prevent overloading local circuits in the equipment rack or cabinet as well as on the main breaker panel.
Network-grade Power Delivery
Network-grade power delivery applications require branch circuit protection for IT equipment. WTI PDUs powering IT equipment use UL-489 circuit breakers to comply with UL-60950-1 for branch circuit protection. WTI rack mount PDUs also provide multiple branch circuits per unit. If a piece of IT equipment draws too much current, causing a circuit breaker to trip, only one branch circuit is powered down leaving the remaining circuits available for power delivery. This reduces the effects of power loss to only a few devices rather than an entire rack or cabinet.
