Technical/Customer Support Technician
We have an immediate opening in our Technical Support Center for a Technical/Customer Support Technician with a minimum or 2 years experience.
Primary duties include telephone/email support for domestic and international customers; will also assist in new product testing/development and perform basic in-house test/repair of WTI manufactured products.
Excellent verbal & written communication, organization and people Skills are required. Must be familiar with RS232 interface, modems, 10/100baseT Ethernet, Terminal Emulation software; knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and utilities, SSL and SSH protocols, network hardware and concepts. Fundamental Windows, Unix/Linux knowledge and/or programming experience is a plus.
